Humbling Day

After having my baby girl in October 2018 I finally decided that I needed to retire my prego jeans and go purchase 2 pairs of jeans that fit my body for the right now...the plan was to do this kid free because I knew that this wasn't going to be the most pleasurable experience of my life. I am still not where I want to be, but working to get there.

I am still over 200 pounds..ugh...but getting there. I have this great pair of size 10 pants that technically fit (however, not comfortably) so I thought ok ill try on a 12 bwahahahah I got those on however, zipping or buttoning was NOT going to happen since I knew I was pretty far off I grabbed a 16...folks let me tell you I have NEVER NEVER been a 16. This is by far the most humbled I think I have ever been. I have a long ways to go and I know I will get there but it doesn't happen overnight. So here is me in the now...size 16 pants, 201.2 pounds, random let downs (captured by ShannonSnow) as I asked her to snap a good photo of me and my struggles) little did I know that breastfeeding moment would happen and she's snap...hahahaa.yeah me and honestly it seemed fitting for my journey to share.
