Now Lets go to being on shots to keep my miracle baby in (which I have learned 2 years later the shots I was on could either help with Weight Gain/Loss) hahahahah mine went to weight gain :( I gained 85 pounds to keep my precious little monkey. I would do it again in a heart beat...I know what to do differently now. I knew I needed to eat, but the food choices I was making were 100% Awful...but man they tasted soooooo good. Ha jokes on me. I lost a good chunk after my little boy was born (25 pounds) leaving me with 60 pounds to make go away. I still have a ways to go but I will get there. I am happy with my progress which is the key to most anything.
Now 2 years later I scale out at 182..my goal weight is not the first picture...I was 145 there...my goal for that picture is the lean muscle you see, the body's tone definition. I am more focused on making myself feel good in my cloths and let me tell you when I have to go shopping I get excited cause that means I am working out hard, eating healthy and making the right choices. WHOOP AMEN. My journey is slow and that is ok...my first journey was accelerated and I didn't have a little one to worry about. I am here to give you hope, motivation, inspiration. We can do this. Be Proud of where you are. I am still cruising along making big strides. I couldn't be happier about working out and fueling my body for success.
