First Week IN

As we finished out the first week of this MASSIVE program i feel relief. Not only as the first week is completed I actually feel a difference within my body, mind and soul. What people tend to forget or neglect is the journey the rest of your body takes when you undergo the journey of being a healthier version of YOU. This program is teaching you how to eat along with what foods you should be eating. IT IS NOT EASY IT IS HARD...But anything that is WORTH Having is HARD.


When i started this year off i started 1.1.18 with a Sugar Detox. I hated the way I was feeling. Sluggish, short, snippy, and down right bitchy...I didn't like the mom, spouse or friend I had become. So I made a change. Started with cutting out the sugar...being 100% honest I wanted to rip off heads the first 3-5 days and my head felt like it was exploding. That soon past. (thank God) I took my measurements and was yet again disappointed that I hadn't worked harder. So here it goes. Sharing my #'s with you

Weight = 182 pounds                           Weight = 174.8 pounds
Chest = 36 inches                                 Chest = 35.5 inches
Hips = 44.5 inches                                Hips = 44 inches

I am down 15.2 pounds (since 1.1.18) down 7.2 pounds since last week, 4.52 inches

THIS IS A WIN...my journey is not over...that was just week 1
