First Week IN

As we finished out the first week of this MASSIVE program i feel relief. Not only as the first week is completed I actually feel a difference within my body, mind and soul. What people tend to forget or neglect is the journey the rest of your body takes when you undergo the journey of being a healthier version of YOU. This program is teaching you how to eat along with what foods you should be eating. IT IS NOT EASY IT IS HARD...But anything that is WORTH Having is HARD.


When i started this year off i started 1.1.18 with a Sugar Detox. I hated the way I was feeling. Sluggish, short, snippy, and down right bitchy...I didn't like the mom, spouse or friend I had become. So I made a change. Started with cutting out the sugar...being 100% honest I wanted to rip off heads the first 3-5 days and my head felt like it was exploding. That soon past. (thank God) I took my measurements and was yet again disappointed that I hadn't worked harder. So here it goes. Sharing my #'s with you

Chest = 36 inches                                 Chest = 35.5 inches
Hips = 44.5 inches                                Hips = 44 inches

I am down 15.2 pounds (since 1.1.18) down 7.2 pounds since last week, 4.52 inches

THIS IS A WIN...my journey is not over...that was just week 1

Prep for 80 Day Obsession

Today is prep day for the next 80 days of my life 🙌 I have taken my before measurements (yikes) before pictures (not horrible only because it was done @ 6am) not bloated yeah. I have done the calculations following the programs meal plan and time nutrion along with making all of my meals KETO friendly. I have already done my sugar detox the first week of January so that awful part is OVER. Excited to give this my all and be done with the extra Ethan weight 😆
Here is the before...remember i have been working out and loosing weight at a snails pace but that is MY FAULT i wasn’t being good to my body and giving it the proper foods. I was eating like I could eat anything and it wouldn’t affect me. I did not gain weight (THANK GOD) however i haven’t been loosing fast either. This 80 days my world is going to be rocked again...just like i disciplined myself 5 years ago to do. The circumstances are different for sure, but i will NOT FAIL...I will succeed just know that even as a Personal Coach we have falls too. It is not how you fall but how you get back up that counts. This is my getting back up! If you want to join me and change your life too, this will not be easy but boy oh boy will it be worth it!!
