Phase 1 has completed and we are moving right along to phase 2 of this incredible program...I will be the first to say WOWZER. I know some of you are wondering just what I was able to do in Phase 1 and let me start out by saying you only get out what you put in. I feel like I am coming along just fine in my journey and LOVE what is happening. I am getting healthier the healthy way.
